I purchased this umbrella in the actually target store. I had been looking for a bubble umbrella for the longest so imagine my surprise when I actually found one. It was great. I could see people and it draws a lot of attention and complements. It felt durable and never failed when I used it. I lost let this one at a friend (now they are still using it) so I plan on purchasing me the White Polka Dot Bubble Umbrella from this site in hopes t give me the same joy the all clear one did. I LOVE THIS ITEM!!

This umbrella is awesome, I am constantly getting complements on it when I use it. The way it curves around your head keeps your hair nice and dry and the fact that it's see through helps you makes navigating parking lots and sidewalks so much easier. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the umbrella, it's heavy duty and much heftier than the smaller fold-up style umbrellas. Plus, the Totes warranty is excellent, if anything goes wrong with it due to manufacturing defects you just have to send it back and they will replace it.

Also, as one of the previous posters mentioned it is manual up and down but hey, if you are kicking it old school with a cool bubble umbrella you might need to make a sacrifice or two. Plus, I think the manual up and down is easier to deal with than some of the auto up and close umbrellas. The other Totes umbrella I have has the auto feature and I still have to wrestle it part of the down anyway.

I've got 2, one I bought in a store and the other I ordered online and both have the white powder in it. I'm sure it's used in the manufacturering process so it's kind of hard for Totes not to use it but it does come off the first time you use it in the rain.

I walk over a mile each way to and from work in the Windy City and no umbrella I'd found could stand up to the spring weather we had. Then I found this one! It's almost perfect!! The only reason it gets an "almost" is because when I try to put it up it almost always gets caught on my coat sleeve. That's minor, though, compared to how well it does exactly what I bought it for: blocking the wind-driven rain without turning inside out!

i love this product. it is perfect for 2 people and i love how it covers you and you can still see.(unlike the normal umbrellas) i even used it the day i bought it walking into another store with my 2 girls and me. I also love the thickness of the plastic. very satisfied.

I ordered this to have an umbrella that could stand up to our high winds, keep me nice and dry, and last a L-O-N-G time.

I have a Totes folding umbrella that is gosh, probably 25 years old, and still going strong. Hubby can use that now for trips. I don't need a small one so much now, but I need a GOOD one.

When I first got this one, I couldn't figure out how to open it--it's very firm! But I did figure it out, and it's great. Strong, strong, strong.

This umbrella does not fold shorter, so be sure you can handle the length of it where you plan to go. The folding Totes are WONDERFUL if you need a small umbrella that is easy-peasy to tote with you. But for keeping extra dry, this one is a hum-dinger!

I love this umbrella, found it at my local Target ON SALE!!!!! I wish Target sold more cute things for wet weather during the end of summer and in the fall because it rains in the fall where I live HEAVILY! I use this umbrella for school and to go around town some. It is a bit cumbersome, that's why I only gave it 4 stars, but it holds up well. When it can go against 60mph winds that have the rain raining on me sideways and not collapse that is awesome. :) I do wish that it was more compact although I'm not sure if that would work with the bubble shape of the dome. Also wish it was automatic instead of manual as it'd be easier and faster to get out and open when I'm in a rush on campus.

It is however super fashionable, cute, and functional and won't fail you :) Plus with the lifetime warranty, why not?

I bought one for each of my daughters for college. They get tons of compliments on it. I use it for sporting events. The bubble style does not bother other people sitting next to me. I love this umbrella.

I thought this umbrella was attractive. However it will not stay open. Apparently the top latch is cheaply made and was broken when it arrived. It's going back.
